In  June 2014, the Two E Bar/Lounge introduced its newest original project; The Chef’s Social Club. The Social Club is an entirely new approach to dining; it’s not just a meal, it is an event.

Diners will find themselves seated at an exclusive table for ten amidst the elegance of the lounge.  Ranging from perfect strangers to old friends guests  are brought together by their passion for inventive cuisine. Hosting this event is Executive Chefs Ashfer Biju who is credited in creating  flavors that come to life like characters in a story.  At this interactive dinner, Chef Biju leads guests on a journey through the menu’s exciting tastes and his own imagination. The evening’s finale is prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Michael Mignano.  The Chef pairs his unique desserts with tales of his own inspired process.

Weekly Mixology Lessons

Join us at the bar every Wednesday for cocktail crafting with our bartenders. Guests will learn the techniques and recipes from our seasonal cocktail menu.

Perfect for anyone who has ever wondered about all the different kind of spirits there are and exactly what to do with them! Let our bartenders teach you what you should be drinking as they take you through a step by step lesson on the latest mixolgy trends. Guest will get to try their hand at the shake, the pour the muddle and more. The best part of all, the lesson is complimentary and tasting is encouraged.
